Mike Bradica
Mike Bradica is Board Chair of Vantry Capital and a senior commercial executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across global consumer brands and growth-stage companies. He has held executive roles at Adidas Group Canada, Nike Canada, goba Sports Group, Springfree Trampoline, Revlon Canada, and Diageo Canada, with a track record spanning global sales leadership, operations, and governance.
Steve Holmes
Steven Holmes is the President and CEO of ICL Management Inc., an investment and management company. In his capacity at ICL, he's played a major role in the development of numerous business ventures, including Springfree Trampoline, goba Sports Group, Mateenbar Limited and ClubLink Corporation. Steve is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Darren Richardson is the COO of Vantry Capital and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having success across multiple roles in dealing, management compliance, and operations. Darren resides in Toronto and has previous financial services experience in Australia and San Francisco.
